Erin was prepared from the get go- she knew we were working with a timeline, and had excellent knowledge of the local areas we were scouting, which is a huge reason we enlisted her. Knowing what we were looking in a home, she found the right listings to show us, and redirected us when we were considering things outside of what we really wanted, just to get a home in a sellers market. Working with Erin drastically reduced the amount of time we needed to look for a home, and she made great suggestions in the local areas we were considering. She had a lot of knowledge of the interior of the home and their conditions, and was patient with us in finding the right fit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Erin to anyone looking for a home local to Peterborough and the surrounding areas. She knows her stuff! Always quick to respond to our questions, and a part time therapist when it came to our frustrations over a difficult buyers market, Erin has been there herself and was a great resource for all things real estate.
